We’re excited to share that Bbot, the leading contactless order and pay solution for the hospitality industry, entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by DoorDash on March 1st.
This acquisition will expand DoorDash’s product suite with powerful enterprise tools that directly serve their restaurant partners. Bbot’s in-store ordering technology and intelligent payments platform will allow DoorDash to provide restaurants and hospitality operators first party ordering tools, in addition to their current product suite of DoorDash Marketplace, Drive and others.
